Terms of Service

Dibs lets you create and join meetups (games, sessions, casual social events). We provide the infrastructure; the people you meet, the venues you go to, and any money exchanged are between you and them.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. One account per person. You must be 13 or older (16+ in the EU/UK).

Don't use Dibs to harass, deceive, or endanger other people, to host illegal activity, to scrape the platform, or to spam other users. We can suspend or delete accounts that violate this without notice.

Dibs may show fees set by hosts. We don't currently collect or settle those fees on hosts' behalf — what's shown in the app is a coordination tool, not a payment processor. You arrange payment directly with the host.

Dibs is provided as-is. We're not liable for what happens at the meetups themselves — injuries, no-shows, lost property, or disputes between players. Play smart, vet hosts, and use common sense.

You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Danger Zone). We may terminate accounts that abuse the service.

We may update these terms; we'll notify you in-app for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
